Athletes are evaluated on their tumbling skills, stunting ability, jumps, motion technique, and overall performance, including confidence and spirit. Coaches also look for strong work ethic, coachability, and how well athletes work with others in a team setting.

When you arrive to tryouts you will first check in with our staff who will assign you a number and take your photo. The photos are used to help our team remember everyones face when we select teams.

Following checkin, you will have space to warmup and stretch. Once it’s your turn, you will have time to warmup your jumps and tumbling skills. Coaches will be there to provide light spots, but only if you are very close to having that skill.

Following warmups, you will perform your skills for a panel of our coaching staff who will be taking notes on your performance.

We will be hosting call backs, dates for call backs will be available soon!

Athletes should wear fitted athletic clothing—sports bras, t-shirts or tank tops and shorts are recommended. Please wear cheer shoes or clean sneakers with hair pulled back neatly. No jewelry for safety. Bring a water bottle and get ready to bring the energy!

Anyone ages 7 - 18 can join us at tryouts, ages 3 - 6 automatically make a team. If you are ages 3 - 6 please just submit a registration form online, but you don’t need to attend tryouts.

Following tryouts we will be hosting a call back session where kids will be able to show off their stunting skills! Following that call back teams will be announced.

Tryout results will be sent out following call backs, as we get closer to that point in the process we will give everyone a better idea on timing. Our goal will be to have teams made as soon as possible.

If you are not able to make one of the two tryout dates, please still complete registration and select makeup tryout. Once your registration is complete, please reach out to Mary for scheduling.

A pricing packet is going to be ready for release shortly.

The competition schedule is released shortly after teams are made. We will have a general list ready before then which will include the normal competitions in the area.

Our hope is to have both travel and non-travel teams, but it’s going to depend on tryout numbers. We will always do our best to place athletes on they type of team they request.
